Site Rules

These Rules govern how you may use RustLion, its games, chat, rewards and trading features. They exist to keep play fair and the community safe. Breaking any rule can result in warnings, muting, voided bets, frozen or forfeited balances, and permanent bans. The Rules sit alongside our Terms of Service and AML & Anti-Fraud Policy.

The golden rule:anything intended to gain an unfair or unintended advantage — exploiting a bug, gaming a promotion, colluding, or abusing any part of the site — is banned, whether or not it is specifically listed below. If in doubt, don't, and ask support.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
  • You must not be located in, or accessing from, a country or region where use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited.
  • Using a VPN, proxy or false location to bypass these restrictions is forbidden.

2. One Account Per Person

  • Each player may hold and use exactly one account.
  • Do not create, control or use alternate accounts, and do not use someone else's account.
  • Multi-accounting to farm bonuses, rain, rakeback, referrals or to evade a ban is a permanent-ban offence.
  • Sharing, selling, buying or gifting accounts is prohibited.

3. Fair Play

All games on RustLion are provably fair and independently verifiable. To keep them fair:

  • No bots, scripts, macros, autoclickers or automation of any kind.
  • No exploiting bugs, glitches, pricing errors, rounding errors or payout errors — report them instead.
  • No tampering with client code, network requests, provably-fair seeds/nonces or device fingerprints.
  • No collusion, chip-dumping, soft-play or coordinated outcomes in Battles, Coinflip, Jackpot or any PvP mode.
  • No abuse of the API beyond its documented, permitted use.
Found a bug? Using it is a ban. Reporting it to support in good faith — without exploiting it — is the right move and will never be penalised.

4. Deposits, Trades & Withdrawals

  • Only deposit skins, crypto or funds that are lawfully and genuinely yours.
  • No stolen items, stolen payment methods, fraudulent deposits or chargebacks.
  • Do not use RustLion to move value between accounts or wallets without genuine play (pass-through / laundering).
  • Keep your own trade URL, wallet and payment sources — do not share or route them for others.
  • We may require identity and source-of-funds verification before releasing a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses, Rewards & Affiliates

  • Rakeback, level cases, rain, promo codes and affiliate commission are for genuine play only.
  • No wager-cycling with no real risk purely to farm rewards.
  • No self-referral, fake sign-ups or manufactured wager volume.
  • We may cancel bonuses and void winnings derived from bonus abuse.

6. Chat & Community Conduct

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing or discrimination.
  • No spam, flooding, advertising, referral-link spam or self-promotion.
  • No begging, scamming, phishing or impersonating staff, streamers or other users.
  • No sharing of external gambling sites, malware, or NSFW/illegal content.
  • Follow moderator instructions. Muting and bans are at staff discretion.

7. Responsible Gambling

  • Only wager what you can afford to lose. Gambling is entertainment, not income.
  • Set your own limits and take breaks. Self-exclusion is available on request via support.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion or limit you have set.
  • Help is available at BeGambleAware.org.

8. Enforcement

Breaking these Rules may lead to any of: a warning, chat mute, rewards ban, voided bets, reversed winnings, frozen or forfeited balance and items, and permanent account closure. We decide the appropriate action at our sole discretion, and serious breaches (fraud, laundering, exploitation) are dealt with by immediate permanent ban and forfeiture. Where required by law, breaches are reported to Steam/Valve, payment providers and the authorities.
