Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher.
• You must be legally permitted to gamble where you reside, and access from restricted regions is prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded or previously banned from the Platform.

2. Your Account

• You sign in with Steam and are responsible for keeping your account and credentials secure.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting is prohibited (see Rules).
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate information and complete verification when requested.

3. Deposits, Wagering & Withdrawals

• You may deposit Rust skins or cryptocurrency that are lawfully and genuinely yours.
• Deposited value may carry a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal to prevent laundering.
• Withdrawals may require identity and source-of-funds verification and can be held pending review.
• Item and crypto values fluctuate; you accept the value at the time of each transaction.
• All bets, once placed and resolved by our provably-fair system, are final.

4. Provably-Fair Games

Game outcomes are generated by a provably-fair system anchored to an external blockchain source and are independently verifiable on our Provably Fair page. Results are final and binding.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not exploit bugs, glitches, pricing or payout errors; use bots or automation; collude or chip-dump; multi-account; abuse bonuses, rakeback, rain, affiliates or the API; tamper with client code, requests or provably-fair seeds; launder funds; or commit payment fraud. Full detail is in our AML & Anti-Fraud Policy and Site Rules. Breach can result in voided bets, frozen and forfeited balances and items, and a permanent ban.

6. Bonuses & Rewards

Rakeback, level cases, rain, promo codes and affiliate commission are provided at our discretion for genuine play only, and may be modified, withheld or reclaimed where abused.

7. Suspension, Bans & Forfeiture

We may suspend or permanently close any account, void bets, and freeze or forfeit balances and items where we reasonably believe these Terms, the Rules or the AML Policy have been breached, or where required by law. Forfeiture is a contractual consequence of breach.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Service "As Is" & Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by downtime, bugs, or third-party services (Steam, payment or crypto providers). See our Disclaimer.
